that culturally encoded form of memory which is neither sentimental nor kitsch,
but layered, textured, and emotionally charged.
It may be personal nostalgia (“good old times”), or collective nostalgia (Englishness).

It’s about shaping it in ways that move us – now.

- A brief follow-up two weeks later (space for questions and feedback)
